Preliminary High Court hearing date set for 19 February 2009

WNGAG have been informed that there will now be a
preliminary hearing in the High Court because the
developers, Gleeson Homes Ltd and Gladedale Group
Ltd, are seeking to have Basildon Council’s appeal
(against the Secretary of State’s decision to allow
building to start at Barn Hall) struck out. When we
have more information, we’ll publish it here.
